A “SELF ADDRESS ENVELOPE” or SAE is a must, otherwise your QSL will go back
via bureau. No exceptions.
- North America & South
America: please include SAE a $US1 or 1 valid IRC.
- USA: you can send me a SASE
with US postal stamp and I mail
it back to you on my next trip to the US,
usually every other month.
- Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania: please include a SAE and $US2 or 1
valid IRC.
- Japan: The Mexican postal
offices doesn't understand the use of the prepaid envelopes to
Japan.
If you send me one I will mail it back to you from the US.

QSL via
bureau:
100% but take note it can take YEARS... seriously. If you have a QSO and you
want a QSL via bureau let me know right away, we can save a 2 or 3 years wait.
SWL:
100% QSL to SWL as well, same rules mentioned apply.
