During the XVI Assembly of IARU Region 2 held last week in Brasilia I have been elected Secretary for IARU Region 2 and by statutes also member IARU world Administrative Council. 

I am honored to have the opportunity to work with a fine group of experienced and dedicated radio amateurs.
